This training is meant to educate and assist pregnant people and their partners with the skills to navigate labor without a doula. Doula support is important, but not every family has access to or can afford one. We will be talking about some nutrition basics, how to prepare for labor, how to move through early labor, laboring at home as long as possible, comfort measures, and information on how the partner/family can provide support during early postpartum. The last two training courses of 2024 will be held Saturday, November 30th and Saturday, December 14th, 12pm-3pm EST.
