On this We Outside Series excursion, we will meet in a Metro Atlanta garden to talk about the benefits of gardening while pregnant. Two of the greatest responsibilities that pregnant people have are staying on top of exercise and nutrition. Gardening creates an opportunity to do both. We’ll talk with Birth Worker and Master Gardener Andrea Blanton, of Food, Earth, Birth about what’s in season, how to start gardening, and managing nutrition in pregnancy.
